Product Overview
Yipin Dibang paint high chlorinated anti-corrosion topcoat is a super topcoat with excellent color made of acrylic resin and chlorinated rubber. The paint film is resistant to wear, collision, seawater, mineral oil and various chemicals. Chemicals, fish oil and other animal and vegetable oils, this product is easy to repair and can be re-applied after a long time .
It is used as a topcoat on the interior and exterior surfaces of steel structures in moderate to severe corrosive environments.
Excellent light and weather resistance .

Construction instructions
Surface treatment: The coating should be applied with appropriate primer or intermediate paint first, and the surface must be kept
Clean, dry and remove impurities. Please consult our technical department for special surface treatment .
Recommended paint packages
Primer : Red lead chlorinated rubber primer applied once , reference dosage : 6m²/kg Topcoat: High chlorinated anti-corrosion topcoat applied twice, reference dosage : 4m²/kg Construction method : airless spray, brush or ordinary spray .
Thinner : ( maximum volume usage ) brush : 15~20% , airless spray : 5%,
Normal spraying: 30-40 %
Cleaning agent :T0200
Precautions
- Before use, it must be stirred evenly .
- Use designated diluent for dilution.
Safety Rules
- During construction, ventilation must be maintained and certain protective measures must be taken. Avoid inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mist, and do not allow skin or eyes to come into contact with this product.
- Keep flammable items away from fire sources and do not smoke within the construction area .
- Store in a cool and dry place.
