Product Overview

dibang paint alkyd enamel is a specially formulated alkyd-based enamel. It can form a glossy and wear-resistant paint film, which is characterized by quick drying, economical, water-resistant and excellent weather resistance.

Scope of application

It can be applied as a general purpose topcoat on interior and exterior metal and wood surfaces in moderate to severe corrosive environments.

Theoretical coating rate : 8m²/kg ( dry film 35μm )

Drying time: 1 hour for surface drying; 4 hours for hard drying

Recoating interval: minimum 4 hours, maximum unlimited

Paint surface : glossy

Construction instructions

Surface treatment: The steel surface must be clean and dry, free of loose paint, grease and other

Dirt. This product must be applied to primed surfaces .

Recommended paint packages

Primer: Apply one coat of red lead chlorinated rubber primer, reference dosage : 6m²/kg

Topcoat: acrylic enamel, apply twice, reference dosage : 4m²/kg

Construction method: airless spray, brush or ordinary spray .

Thinner: (maximum volume usage) brush: 15~20%, airless spray : 5%,

Normal spraying: 30-40 %

Cleaning agent :T0200

Safety Rules

• During construction, ventilation must be maintained and certain protective measures must be taken. Avoid inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mist , and do not allow the product to come into contact with the skin or eyes .
• Keep flammable items away from fire sources and do not smoke within the construction area.

Remark

This product can be made into various colors with reflective effects. It can be used as traffic sign paint on steel and concrete surfaces. It has high visibility, clear reflective effects, and good light and salt spray resistance.
