Yipin Dibang paint epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint is a two-component epoxy paint. This product has seawater resistance, corrosion resistance,

Anti-collision, resistant to mineral oil, aliphatic hydrocarbons and various chemicals .

Scope of application

1. As epoxy series primer and intermediate paint, used on steel and cement concrete surfaces.
2. Used as high-quality intermediate paint and topcoat on bridges, car decks, steel structure buildings , etc.
3. As the primer of epoxy paint series, it is used on the surface of electroplated steel plates and aluminum alloys .

Construction instructions

Surface treatment: The steel surface must be clean, free of grease and other dirt. When used directly as an anti-rust primer , the steel must be rust-proofed first . When used as an intermediate paint or topcoat, it must be applied on the surface that has been primed . Please consult our technical department for special surface treatment .

Recommended paint package :

Primer: Apply one coat of epoxy zinc-rich primer, reference dosage : 5m?kg

Intermediate paint: one coat of epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint, reference dosage : 7m²/kg

Paint : acrylic enamel or polyurethane enamel, apply twice , reference dosage : 4m²/kg

Construction method: airless spray, brush or ordinary spray.

Safety Rules

2. During construction , ventilation must be maintained and certain protective measures must be taken. Avoid inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mist, and do not allow the product to come into contact with the skin or eyes.
3. Keep flammable items away from fire sources and do not smoke within the construction area.
4. Store in a cool and dry place.
