Product Overview

Yipin Dibang Paint Oil-based Super Fluorocarbon Topcoat is a two-component solvent-based high-end decorative paint. It is suitable for environments that require additional protection. It has excellent gloss and color retention performance, providing excellent protection and decorative effects for indoor and outdoor walls and steel structure surfaces. This is a super weather resistant coating.

Scope of application

Suitable for coating indoor and outdoor concrete, walls, and steel structure surfaces.

Compare Example: solid color glossy paint base F5801: curing agent C5800 = 8:1 (weight ratio );

Solid color semi-gloss paint base F5801: curing agent C5800 = 10:1 (weight ratio );

Solid color matte paint base F5801: curing agent C5800 = 12:1 (weight ratio ): metallic color paint base F5801: curing agent C5800 = 10:1 ( weight ratio); Solid volume content : 42%

Theoretical coating rate : 8m²/kg ( one coat on the flat surface )

Drying time: 2 hours for surface drying (20°C); 7 days for actual drying (completely cured )

Recoating interval minimum 4 hours, maximum 7 days

Construction instructions

Surface treatment: The surface to be painted should be coated with appropriate primer first. The surface must be kept clean and dry and impurities must be removed. The surface of concrete and cement must be completely dry, PH <10, and the moisture content is less than 10%. Please consult our technical department for special surface treatment methods .

Recommended paint packages

Steel surface:

Primer: Apply one coat of Yipin Dibang paint epoxy zinc-rich primer P5160, reference dosage : 5m²/kg;

Intermediate paint : First-class Dibang paint epoxy micaceous iron thick paste paint U5690 is applied once , the reference dosage is: 6m²/kg:

Topcoat: First-class Dibang paint super fluorocarbon topcoat F5801/F5808 is applied twice, the reference dosage is: 4m²/kg

Cement and concrete surface

Primer: Apply one coat of Yipin Dibang paint epoxy sealing primer N5050, reference dosage: 10m²/Kg ;

Polishing putty: Apply one coat of Yipin Dibang paint polishing putty, reference dosage : 5m²/Kg;

Middle coating: Fluorocarbon intermediate paint U5800 is applied once, reference dosage : 7m²/kg:

Topcoat: Apply two coats of Yipin Dibang paint super fluorocarbon topcoat F5801/F5808, reference dosage : 4m²/kg;

Construction method: airless spray, brush, roller or ordinary spray.

Brush: 15~20%, Airless spray: 5%, Ordinary spray : 30~40%

Precautions

1. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the ratio of paint base and curing agent is correct.
2. Mix the paint and curing agent evenly before construction .
3. Use designated thinner for dilution , and the prepared paint must be used up within the mixing period .

Safety Rules

1. During construction, ventilation must be maintained and certain protective measures must be taken. Avoid inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mist, and do not allow the product to come into contact with the skin or eyes.
2. Keep flammable items away from fire sources and do not smoke within the construction area.
